explain it.
A small local crew working Little Rock and Pulaski County. One job at a time, and the roof gets explained before anybody quotes it.

Four things we do differently enough to write down.
- 01 We tell you when you don’t need us
A roof with years left does not need replacing because somebody knocked on the door after a storm. If that is what we find, we put it in writing so you have it when the next crew turns up.
- 02 You see the parts that get covered
Nearly every layer of a roof is buried the same week it goes on. We show you the deck, the flashing and the underlayment while they are still visible, not after.
- 03 We stay inside what Arkansas allows on claims
We document damage and meet your adjuster on the roof. We do not negotiate your claim — Arkansas licenses no public adjusters, so nobody here legally can — and we never touch your deductible.
- 04 Decking is agreed before we start
Nobody can price rotten sheathing from the ground, because you cannot see it until the old roof is off. We agree how it gets handled up front instead of discovering it together on the day.
Little Rock and the surrounding county.
Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Bryant and Benton — from the 1890s Craftsman stock in Hillcrest and the Quapaw Quarter through to the newer subdivisions west of University and out past Chenal. Different eras, different roofs, different failure points.

A description is enough to start. If it is a leak, say roughly where it shows up inside — that narrows it down faster than a photo does.
